Building Sciences Ltd has been active in the construction industry since 1986, providing expertise in building energy efficiency and research into better building practices. We now offer a wider range of services than ever before, a reflection of the talented people we have invested in over time and the growing needs of the industry.
Our aim is to add value to your project, whatever the size and requirement. We have consulted on projects from airports to affordable homes, shopping centres to surgical theatres. The scope has varied from desk-based design roles, through construction phase consultancy to post-completion testing and certification. We have also developed bespoke investigation procedures and research functions, on both new-build and refurbishment projects.
A wide range of technical support services are also available from Building Sciences and sister RSK Group companies, enabling us to provide a single port of call for complex projects of all types and scales. Environmentally sensitive, BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes projects are all supported.
